The Alpinist binding with its ultra-light design (245 g without brake) offers all the advantages required by experienced ski tourers. Its construction offers active length compensation without compromising the flex of the ski. The very rigid, carbon-reinforced ISI toe piece makes it easy to put on. Thanks to its large support surface with a step-in guide, the boot is automatically inserted into the correct position and orientation. The inserts can then be locked with minimal pressure thanks to the optimized kinematics of the locking lever. The heel piece with ascent wedges offering angles of 0°, 5° and 9° allows for quick and easy switching between ascent and descent modes. Thanks to the 38 mm wide drilling point, the pressure is perfectly transmitted to the edges, thus contributing to improved control and good ski steering.
