The highly versatile Radical Pro ski touring boot for men, based on the revolutionary Hoji Lock system, is as efficient on the ascent as on the descent. The boot effectively combines two worlds that at first glance seem to be opposites: freedom of movement on the ascent and rigidity on the descent. In walking mode, the cuff and shell are separated from each other to facilitate ascents. A 60° travel of the upper guarantees all the necessary mobility and comfort. The low weight of the boot (1380g in size 26.5) and the flexible construction of the tongue, made of two high-tech plastics, promote a natural and economical gait, even on steep terrain. The new liner, with thermoforming option, optimally combines precision, stability and comfort, right from the first seconds in the boot. This allows you to tackle longer distances and overcome more altitude differences. “One move to switch” technology: once you reach the summit, the Radical Pro transforms into a stable and direct downhill boot in one go thanks to the patented Hoji Lock system. In Ski mode, the boot locks with an 11° forward tilt. The buckles and the Ultra Lock strap are connected to the Ski/Walk mechanism by a cable system. Simply operate the lever to lock the device in Ski position. The cuff and shell then form a firm, precise unit with no play. This unique concept on the market is synonymous with confidence and efficiency on every descent, as you would normally expect from alpine ski boots. Your foot is firmly held and wrapped in the boot thanks to the Ultra Lock strap and the three buckles equipped with fine adjustment. With a flex of 120, you have everything you need to attack your descents with determination, even on steep terrain. Also noteworthy is the presence of the Pro Driving spoiler, which increases performance on the descent. The shoe is made of high-performance Grilamid and is entirely made in Italy.
